Completions

Manually search your dataset using semantic or hybrid search.

Search

Full text search for documents in a dataset. Based on keywords in the query.

Search Documents

Performs a full text search on documents in a dataset, then uses those documents to perform an embedding search on the dataset. This is the same as calling /search-documents followed by /search, and using the documents from the first call as a metadata filter.

Document Filtered Search

Updates the rating of a completion using human feedback from your users. If you surface a like/dislike or other rating system, you can track the feedback in Baseplate.

Create a dataset

Lists rows under a dataset. The rows are returned in the order they were added to the dataset.

Create a Document

Add Data Rows

Upserts the rows. Creates a document if no document_id is provided in the request. If one is provided, and it already exists, the data rows will be replaced.

Upsert Data Rows

Upload a document directly and specify chunk size/overlap, and metadata. Limit to 100MB uploads

Upload a Document (file) to a Dataset

Update the content for an entire document. Warning: This will replace all rows with this document ID!
